As I took my 'voyage' across world, I came across food from various cultures. Filling my belly is a big part of travelling. I am just as happy munching on 'street food' as I am sitting down at a white linen table, dining at Michelin Star restaurants. Some things I ate with anticipation while others I ate hesitantly.
Not only did I experience travelling with my fork and belly, I have also been lucky to experience some amazing scenes of nature, from US National Parks; Glaciers in South America to Sinkholes in Mexico. Beauty is inevitably linked with the spirit of adventure, often it takes an adventure just to get to this beauty and for those that know me, I never shy away from an adventure. There is no rush like jumping out of a plane over Honolulu, jumping off a cliff on a snowboard, bungee jumping into a ravine, diving with Hammerhead sharks and Whalesharks or mountaineering and ascending a 6,000m/20,000ft active volcano in Ecuador.
I am trying to find some sort of logical order to blog my experience and I have decide I will go backwards starting with my most recent 9 weeks in Europe and going through the 46 countries and 40 US states I have visited. Join me on my adventures.
Below is a list of countries I have visited and lived in, feel free to send me an email to ask me any questions about these places. Food, travel tips, cool spots, accommodation...I'll be glad to help out. Bon Voyage!!!
